The main objective of the Company’s compliance system is to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements on anti-corruption and to define policy in this area, as well as to monitor the implementation of anti-corruption measures, including assessing corruption risks in the Company and its subsidiaries and introducing corruption-risk prevention mechanisms in line with the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international best practice.
