HISTORY

2011
Founding of the company
Kazgeology JSC was established as a high-tech geological exploration company of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2021
Joining Tau-Ken Samruk
100% of the company’s shares were transferred to Tau-Ken Samruk NMC JSC — the national mining holding of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2023
Renaming to HTC
The company received the status of a national geological exploration company and was renamed Kazgeology JSC.
